how to cope with stress (Harold Class)

hey guys my name is laz. so you must be wondering what did we do today so my class and i went on this truck name Harold the giraffe. when we got inside the truck this lady name grace she was standing next to Harold room. when we got inside she told us to sit on the wall so she could tell us some rules and instructions. Then we were told to write on the clipboards what we already know about stress. We were told to write what stress feels and sounds like. then once that was done we learnt about the organs in the body. We learnt about the digestve system , the brain , the heart. Next we learnt about the parts of the brain and how stress can affect them. You see when you are stressed you cant think properly. then we learnt about what you can do when you are stressed! You can take a sip of water, sleep, or play your favourite game! I hope that this will help you in the future when you are stressed. with that I’ll see you the next time i do a edubolg which might be 2024 but who knows my next edubolg might not be next year it might be next mouth but i just want to say goodnight my readers!👋

the trudging bear

The bear walked up a mountain path with a rucksack but when he got up he saw a volcano with lava coming down and it was about to hit him but he went behind a rock and went through his rucksack and got his map he just realised he went the wrong way. So he got up and went north and followed where the map told him to go witch is city of gold. But he went through a forest with trees around him and he saw monkeys and he was outnumbered plus their eyes were red that he was going to pee himself!! But he got his map from his rucksack and block his face and walk so slow out of the forest.
